BTW Yes I've been doing this this last month ( which was a very stressful one) and it has really helped. I somehow- again! missed the part where she says to do this when craving food- instead I've been either doing it in the tub, or when rubbing pine essential oil into my feet for extra energy.
1. Relax both feet with relaxation techniques, and end by a thumb press on the solar plexus point (18-center circle) in both feet. Relax each foot separately.
2. Thumb walk up the five zones of one foot and work the points suggested below.
3. Thumb walk up the 5 zones of the other foot and work the points suggested below.
4. Integrate relaxation techniques throughout the session when you encounter tender spots
