Jon doesn't even mention food until the 14th chapter and then it's about listening to your body, mindful eating and eating whole foods ( those that you could have eaten 300 years ago before food processing.)
Weight loss is from an organically evolved perspective, from the inside-out so to speak. Jon Gabriel lost over 200 pounds and shares his method for doing that. A lot of it I have already shared that I am already using ( including Tapping and visualization) But I never thought to go into trance-Theta with my visualization the way he does. If you read this you'll see he uses a "liquid white energy light" visual that Sounds like Reiki to me. When I do his version I first turn on and give intent with Reiki. I also use a technique for going into trance from Steven Gurgevich.
In the book he goes into great depth about why it is so hard for our bodies to lose weight due to a "caveman" part of our brain and how to overcome- change that. What he writes about our cells and DNA is very interesting as well. One of the best books I've ever read on weight loss ( If not the best) and I've read a whole lot of weight loss books over the last 40 years. I'm so happy to see that the industry finally is getting that it is not about the food. As you can see I highly recommend this book. BTW for those that didn't read my last post I lost 6 pounds that 13 day weight loss period. Twice what I normally do. I'm now down 83 pounds. The proof is in the pudding.
