What I eat is all healthy . But as I looked back over my food journal sense Jan. 27th I counted 9 times I ate more than I should have. Also those nightly muffins I love with tea are being relegated to the breakfast list. I've explained before I let my pendulum guide me in my daily meals, but Ok, I admit it - by 9-10 Pm ' after a long day in the garden I didn't use it at snack time I just grabbed a muffin to go with my nightly tea. Let's face it although the muffins are sugar-gluten free with all kinds of healthy ingredients-they aren't low fat. Truth is- a few pecans or a piece of fruit is a way better choice at night.
This morning, after I weighed in, expecting the usual 5 pds I'd been spoiled getting after a week of really hard physical work and only seeing a two pound loss I tapped on it. I put on Carol Solomons EFT Cd and followed the guided sessions for both waiting for results and Increasing self control ( track # 5). Then headed outside where I get so involved in not being caught by thorny bramble-I never even thought of food or weight all day.
