Last weigh in I was so focused on that 2 pounds I totally didn't "see" that I was exactly halfway to goal!
I thought for sure that the popcorn slip would show up on the scale, but it didn't. I looked back over my food log and except for the popcorn all was as should be. That said-I ate higher calorie foods Than usual-I believe because I worked so hard outside this week.
I thought about what I could cut to lose more quickly (see how that 6 pounds messed with my mind?). While I can see places I also remembered that this time I want my loss to be different. I'm going for lifetime changes here. Food and activities that have no "end game" . My goal is a healthy sustainable lifestyle that just naturally leads to a thinner, fit body.
I've found that my body has just naturally evolved in what it wants' little by little letting go of foods or food portions and adding more body movement. I use to have a glass of OJ with a whole piece of buttered toast and fruit spread and 2 eggs or 2 grits packages, ect. for breakfast. Now I no longer want OJ. went from 1 cup, to 1/2 juice, 1/2 water, to 1/4 juice 3/4 water, and now no juice (very high GI) Now only 1 egg ect., 1/2 toast- no butter. I didn't do this on purpose-I just evolved into "that's all I want , folks." All of this staying within my no sugar-gluten free-natural foods choices , of course.
Have a Joyful day everyone!
