I was really surprised to see a 5 pound loss today. I feel full all the time and I felt "fat" this week- would have accepted a 1 pound loss with gratitude. Up till now I could see my loss as my belly got smaller. It turns out to be true about the "wheat belly." Not this last week-I couldn't see or feel the loss, but it was there. This red color balancing ( OK , also this GI Load awareness) really works.
