What a year! Last year on my Bday post I wrote" "did a heaven & earth spread with my crystal ally cards. Looks like a stormy year coming. A year where there is wind blowing out the old and bringing lots of change....." Of course I thought this was all about losing weight and my big picture intention (and moving for that). That wind is still blowing and that's OK. I didn't feel like doing a 12 month read yesterday and my friend that earns a living doing that (The Mystical Empress-in Denver & online) is doing a reading for me when she has time-but in the meantime between her and Jon and what I've been reading-tapping over that "storm" had to do with my relationship with money and the transitional stage of "letting go of everything to recreate everything" that Jon talked with me about on "Ask Jon."
Talk about lots of positive change as well! Giving away my wheelchair that I was still using a lot this time a year ago because I can now walk over a mile with my walker. Actually only use that walker for the zoo and Walmart these days. I even can walk with my grandchildren on some Kiroli walks all on my own-no cane, no walker and certainly no chair. I also started swimming again last summer. Such a joyful thing for me-a girl raised on the water. Most important I can get down on the floor-play with my grandchildren and get back up all on my own, walk with them to teach them about nature, swing & slide on the playground with, even ride go carts with them. Next week a dream come true is being able to take the boys to their little league ball games. My strength and health has improved this year-with BP down, Acid reflux gone, healed throat returning my voice and arthritis in joints gone as well. Love the wind that blew all that physical pain away.
The major healing change was brought about thru not only learning all about healthy nutrition but learning tools to get me to the point where I actually desire healthy foods. I ate (& liked) my first green veggies last August, I learned about healthy oils, coconut oil, omega 3, enzymes, probiotics, BPA, Grass fed, non GMO, bone broths, green juice cleanse, organic foods and even organic cleaning and cosmetics! WOW! I can't get over how much I've changed this year and that's not counting the extra 57 pounds since my 64th bday. OK, looking at all that really puts into perspective the events that were hard for me. All in all I'm glad for that stormy year. Around here, when the storm passes, everything is so much cleaner, clearer, greener and sweeter. And so is my life. Looking forward to my 65th year and another year with GM.
