This morning I first placed my red spring water filled glasses out in the sun. Then I weighed, Tapped out my horror at the # on the scale, and took a rose scented "Reiki" filled bath gazing out the windows at my tree. I dressed in my comfy red lounge dress. Put on my red jasper beaded necklace next to the Moldavite ( for activation) and 9 pointed star necklace I put on at midnight. Then facing my "alter' did the 2 minute red meditation. I'll do the second one at 10PM. Along with more water. That way I'll remember. 10 & 10.
At 1 PM ( Noon SDT) I did my 30 minute red color "bath." For medical reasons I am unable to lay on my back. So I took my lamp, put it on a wood table mattress height and sat so that the red light hit my solar plexus just as Linda described- 2 ft from my skin. For my feet I lay on my side with the light about 18" from my ft. I didn't feel the light on my front, but did like the warmth on my feet. I will say it's hard to lay relaxed and blast Motley Crue in you ears. It makes you want to move. I did feel energized at the end of it.
So far today I've had orange juice, buttered grits with toast and strawberry "jam". Actually it's Smucker's Simply Fruit seedless Strawberry spreadable fruit. I had a mid day snack of Gouda Cheese. I had cravings once that I was easily able to Tapp out of. I'm planning a lemon chicken & corn on the cobb dinner and a fruit and cheddar cheese snack for later. I eat till I'm full. I turned off the TV and was mind full of what I ate. But I ate all I wanted. Now I'm off to try Chair Yoga for the first time. Enjoy your first day. Namaste.
