Do fun things that move your body. I swim at a lake and beach where I make up my own exercise playing in the water like a kid. When I follow my DVD chair exercises I play my own made up music playlist and sing a long as I work-stop if it hurts.
I long for the day I can dance, go bike riding, take my dog on walks. Do these if you can and be grateful you can. I'd love to hear what fun things you do.
