I'm visualizing it in detail and I'm shaking things up a little food- exercise wise. I'll also be in daily touch on a goal forum. Food wise I'm only serving myself half what I'm used to and eating mindfully (NO TV!) , stopping when full. I admit, I have been a bit lax with butter-so another change I can make. That no Tv is the hardest for me- a lifetime habit( I grew up with it on & so did my hubby-he won't give it up- so I'll eat in the garden or at my "window" when raining. No doubt about it, I do eat more at my meals when the TV is on. I've been experimenting with that already- and already almost always have "left overs" on my plate when I eat outside or even just turn the TV off when alone. I have the" Clean your plate" syndrome in front of the TV, probably from growing up with parents that grew up starving in the depression area.
So far, I haven't been doing my DVD exercises on the days I garden. Today, even though I'll be putting in 4 hrs work in the garden I got up early enough to do my 40 minute workout and will continue to do that daily. Though I do change up which DVD I use so my muscles have recovery time. I'm also putting out 6 bottles of water every morning on my table to be sure I get all my water in.
I intend to have hit that 100 mark by June 9th (9 months on the 9th). So be it and so it is. I don't need magic pills ( or any other magic substances) to do this. I am the magic. Namaste
