For one thing I no longer use salt or drink orange juice with breakfast,
or put butter on my toast. I still reserve the right to do so, I just have no desire to. As my spirit and energy has changed so have my eating habits changed in a natural way, without even thinking about it. I eat more fruits and even include a few veggies in soups and stews.
I adapt how I exercise as well. I'm no longer rigid on 3x a week following video chair exercises. If I spend 4-5 hours weeding that's exercise enough. If my body is sore from a week of that- it's raining- I don't need to sub in the video- I can take a break. I can choose to really get into house cleaning- like scrubbing walls. Like today- even though it's very cold here- I bundle up , go outside with my new " garden buddy" wagon-seat and move one heavy item from where we are taking out the middle back garden to the other side of the house and lift it into a new place all by myself! In Aug. I couldn't even walk from one side to the other let alone lift heavy objects and move them.
I'm telling you all this so that you red color diet beginners out there have hope that it will get easier. Let this process evolve naturally for you- you don't have to do everything today!
One of the things that has really helped me has been using my pendulum to decide on what my daily menu will be. I always reserve the right to change that- be adaptable- but I rarely do. A really good book to learn how to do this with is " Pendulum Magic For Beginners." by Richard Webster. I learned how to use a pendulum 14 years ago at Feng Shui School . I also can use dowsing rods. I've used both many times for Feng Shui and in the garden. This is the first time I've used charts to decide on not only what food I'll eat, but sometimes what oracle deck, essential oil, or supplements I'll use. I've used it in grocery stores to choose the right fruits and veggies and other grocery choices. I've used it to choose books in a book store and for many other things. I don't know why, after all these years I never used it for menu's before-guess I just wasn't ready for my body to choose healthy things yet.
That is how the pendulum works. It's your energy and unconscious self it taps into. Your body stores every thing it sees and knows, or learns. Hmm? I wonder what would happen if you used one for test taking? At least one that is not timed. There is way more to this, way too much to get into here. One interesting note- in WW2 they used them to find where enemy submarines in the ocean. Also they are great for finding lost objects. You can make your own or purchase one for under $5. Try it, it's fun, helpful and takes your mind off food.
