I thought this meant I would finally have lost the first 50 pounds.
This past week, after my guest left, I decided to start using my pendulum to choose for me what I'd eat each day. I made up charts of the food and selections I keep available at home and used them at each meal to decide. Wow! instead of the 7 pounds I'd hoped for over the holidays I lost 12 pds!!! Adding the 1 previous pound that's 13 this last month and 55 pounds total. I think I'll keep using my pendulum for selection- My inner goddess knows way better than I what my body needs. I'll be writing about dowsing and pendulums as tools later on- or pick up a book- you can make your own. Have a great day!
